Kevin Shtishi talks about TransformERS project in Bulgaria.

For me was the first time that I’d participated in a Training Course. I didn’t knew what expected to me there. I came with the idea that I will do a lot of fun, partying, drinking, know some people, and having some holidays without any responsibilities , and coming back in Albania. It was not just like that. Everything was unexpected. Everything, every moment, everyone was special.

I realized that those people I met, those projects that we have made every single day ,that fun that we’ve made every single night, and all those ideas, emotions that we’ve shared to each other every single moment was everything I needed in life, for myself and my future. Everything would not be possible without the way how the leaders of this project organize and leaded it, being positive, open minded, communicative and treating

everybody equal.
